If you would like to apply to exhibit your product or service at the next Balingup Small Farm Field Day, please fill out the relevant Exhibitor Online Application below.

IMPORTANT: The application form will not submit if important information marked with an * and the relevant paperwork is not attached.
• FOOD AND WINE EXHIBITORS must attach a copy of their Certificate of Registration (Notification)
of a Food Business and their Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance). Wine exhibitors must also supply their licence number from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.
• ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS must attach a copy of their Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance).
You are also required to read and accept the BSFFD Conditions 2020.pdf for the form to submit.
We will contact you for payment when your application has been accepted.
