IMPORTANT information for your application – PLEASE READ before you apply

The application form will not submit if information marked with an * on the actual form and the relevant paperwork is not attached: -

· FOOD AND DRINK EXHIBITORS must attach a copy of their Certificate of Registration (Notification) of a Food Business and their current Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance – minimum $10M). If this gets updated before April 6, 2024, please email the new copy to exhibitors@balingupsmallfarmfieldday.com.au

· WINE, BEER, CIDER AND SPIRITS EXHIBITORS must also supply their licence number from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.

· ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS must attach a copy of their Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance – minimum $10M). If this gets updated before April 6, 2024, please email the new copy to exhibitors@balingupsmallfarmfieldday.com.au

You are also required to read and accept the BSFFD Terms & Conditions to enable the form to submit. Note: We are STILL accepting applications.

We will contact you for payment when your application has been approved and accepted.
