IMPORTANT information for your application – PLEASE READ before you apply.
The online application form will not submit if the information marked with an * is not fill out and all the relevant paperwork is attached.

FOOD AND DRINK EXHIBITORS must attach a copy of their Certificate of Registration (Notification) ​of a Food Business and their current Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance – minimum $10M). If this gets updated before 12 April 2025, please email the new copy to exhibitors@balingupsmallfarmfieldday.com.au
WINE, BEER, CIDER AND SPIRITS EXHIBITORS must also supply their licence number from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.
ALL OTHER EXHIBITORS must attach a copy of their Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance – minimum $10M). If this gets updated before 12 April 2025, please email the new copy to exhibitors@balingupsmallfarmfieldday.com.au

You are also required to read and accept the BSFFD Terms & Conditions to enable the form to submit. Note: We are STILL accepting applications.
